Mr. Waqar Ahmed Abbasi

CEO and Director Marketing
Mr. Waqar Ahmed Abbasi has worked with Steel Mills of Pakistan & Heavy Mechanical complex. He has been in the profession for 20 years as the CEO of ST&T engineering and trading services and has received appreciation letters from various notable entities like POF, HMC and many foreign entities.

Major (R) Sajjad Rao

Director HR
Besides having Masters degree in Public administration Mr. Sajjad Ahmed Rao has 25 years of experience in man management and administration. He is retired from army in the rank of Major. He also have 5 years of corporate sector experience in marketing and operation.

Mr. Tayyeb Alvi

Chief Technical Officer
Our senior member whom we rely for process instrumentation, plant automation, control, Fire detection, alarming and suppression. He started his career from Hotel industry engineering department. He also worked for our national asset of Pakistan ordinance factories.

When I started my career 20 years ago by establishing ST&T engineering the idea of Industry 4.0 hadn’t even surfaced back than and industrial automation was not a popular topic for discussion. We were still at the early stage of industrial automation. It has been very interesting to watch Industrial automation evolve throughout all these years and become an integral part of our world.
Things continue to evolve. What were interesting topics back then, such as a new era of automation tools, are no longer topics of discussion. Nowadays discussions center around Grid Integration, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Visualization, Big Data, Smart Factories etc.
We started AWSM ENGINEERS, TRADERS AND FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS with a vision to provide the best in our capabilities, according to current needs. We are ready to assist you in your journey towards improved automation.
